Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by Community Publishers, Inc., at any time without notice.

Other

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

If you are a premium archive member and decide to discontinue your annual membership within 30 days of enrolling, Community Publishers, Inc. will provide a pro-rata refund of your subscription fee. The refund will be calculated by taking the annual membership fee paid by you and subtracting the current cost for a 30-day membership. In order to receive the refund, you must send a written request to Roger Frye, Community Publishers, Inc., P.O. Box 1049, Bentonville, AR 72712 indicating your desire to terminate your membership.
