PANORAMA GIRLS TRACK

      Boosted by three relay victories, Panorama claimed third place at the Wheeler Relays in Audubon Tuesday.
      The Lady Panthers won the 4 x 200 relay (Morgan Woodvine, Karlee Johnk, Chelsea Kirtley, Sidney Beckman) 1:52.53; the 4 x 800 relay (Hannah Appleseth, Madigan Maere, Brooke Beckman, Johnk) 10:32.47; and the sprint medley (Woodvine, Kirtley, Sidney Beckman, Johnk) 1:57.09.
      Carrying the stick on the third place 4 x 100 relay were Woodvine, Johnk, Brooke Beckman and Sidney Beckman, 53.45.
      Panorama was fourth in the shuttle hurdle relay (Brenna Hafner, Bailey McAllister, Maddie Wagler, India Sparks) 1:13.36 and fifth in the 4 x 400 (Kirtley, Kylie Ahrendsen, Sparks, Maere) 4:45.39.
      In field events, the Lady Panthers got second places from Shelby Lane, discus, 106'9", and Sidney Beckman, long jump, 16'1.5". Hafner was third in the high jump, 4'6", and Kelsey Wood third in the shot put, 31'9". Fourth place points were scored by Brooke Beckman, long jump, 15'0.75", and Lane, shot put, 31'8".
      Individual place winners on the track were Woodvine, 100 meters, fourth, 13.61; Hafner, 100 meter hurdles, fourth, 17.29; and McAllister, 400 meter hurdles, fourth, 1:15.98.

Winterset
      "After a slow start, we finished well despite missing three girls," said coach Greg Thompson after the Lady Panthers finished fourth at Winterset Friday.
      Panorama posted two individual first places. Sidney Beckman won the long jump with a leap of 15'10" and Karlee Johnk was winner of the 200 meters, 27.09, which was a meet record.
      Shelby Lane annexed second place in the shot put, 32'2", and she added third place points in the discus, 87'6". Brooke Beckman placed third in the long jump, 15'0.5".
      The Lady Panthers' top relay finish was second by the 4 x 100 (Morgan Woodvine, Johnk, Brooke Beckman, Sidney Beckman) 53.44. The sprint medley team of Woodvine, Emily Neel, Sidney Beckman and Johnk took third in 2:00.56.
      Kelsey Wood scored fifth place points in the shot put, 30'5.5". Neel ran sixth in the 100 meters, 14.11, and Brenna Hafner was sixth in the 100 meter hurdles, 17.58.
      Panorama was fourth in the shuttle hurdle relay (Hafner, Bailey McAllister, Emilie Prince, Maddie Wagler) 1:17.04 and the distance medley (Woodvine, Sidney Beckman, Johnk, Hannah Appleseth) 4:46.28.
      The 4 x 400 relay (McAllister, Madigan Maere, Brooke Beckman, Kylie Ahrendsen) placed fifth, 4:44.76, and the 2 x 200 relay (Neel, Adrendsen, Emily Block, Prince) sixth, 2:05.36.
      Panorama will compete in the Gonzales-Parrish Coed meet at Guthrie Center Thursday. The West Central Conference meet is Monday at Ogden.
