Shoppers are encourage to check out the special in the sponsoring stores and register for $50 in Kalona Kash to be given away each week by the sponsoring merchants. Three winners will be drawn each week with the winners getting $25, $15 and $10 in Kalona Kash.
The registration slips will be picked up Tuesday afternoon of each week during the five-week promotion. A total of $250 in Kalona Kash will be given away and winners will be encouraged to spend the script money with sponsoring businesses.
Sponsors this week include the Cherry Blossom Boutique, Miller Medicine Cabinet, Radio Shack, Hills Bank & Trust Co, Inc., Kalona General Store, Freedom Security Bank, Grandma's Corner Shop, Stitch & Sew Cottage, Farmers Supply Sales, Kalona Auto Service and The Kalona News.
