Avera St. Luke's FastCare Links To Britton, Groton

New evening hours are coming to Avera clinics in Groton and Britton one night a week, through a telemedicine link with Avera St. Luke's FastCare Clinic in Aberdeen.
Avera St. Luke's FastCare Link is a convenient new option for people who need quick care for minor health care needs, for the low cost of $49 a visit. No appointments are necessary. Come to the FastCare Link for sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu or cold symptoms, urinary tract infections and other minor problems. A nurse will staff the Britton and Groton clinics during evening FastCare hours, and patients will be treated via telemedicine by a certified nurse practitioner at the FastCare Clinic in Aberdeen.
The FastCare Link schedule, which starts the first week in November, is:
* 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday - Avera Clinic of Groton
* 5 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday - Marshall County Medical Clinic/Avera in Britton
FastCare is health care from Avera, but you don't need to be an Avera patient - just someone who wants the help without the wait. FastCare Link will provide the same services available at the FastCare Clinic at Aberdeen's Shopko store.
