Military Neighbors addresses H1N1 concerns

The flu was the topic of Military Neighbors, the FFSC cable television program broadcast on Comcast Channel 2 during a recent taping. Dr. James V. McDonald, Public Health Emergency Officer, from Naval Health Command New England; Alan Brown, Emergency Management Director for the Naval Submarine Base; and Barbara Ross, FFSC Director and host of Military Neighbors, discussed seasonal and H1N1 flu strains, prevention, symptoms, containment and vaccines. This Military Neighbors episode will begin airing Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m., on Comcast TV Channel 2.
