Work begins on visitors guide to promote Chetek

Members of the Chetek Resort Owners Association and Chamber of Commerce are combining their efforts to gather advertising for the 2010 Chetek Visitors Guide.

If you have not previously advertised in this publication, contact the Chetek Chamber of Commerce, 924-3200, or the Resort Owners Association, 924-4440, for more information. Advertisers in last year's edition will receive information in the mail from their respective organization.
Twenty thousand pieces are distributed throughout Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota at sports shows, visitor information centers and direct mail.
The deadline for members of either organization who want to promote their business in this annual publication is Sept. 25. Advertisers are asked to come into The Chetek Alert office to give approval of their ads Oct. 19-25, with printing to begin Nov. 2.
