NY Diamond Boutique is celebrating its first year in business in Forest Hills with special discounts and events from July 24 through Aug. 5.
Diamond rings, bracelets, pendants and jewelry featuring other gemstones are all on sale, and gift certificates for $100 off all purchases of $400 or more are available.

A drawing for a half-carat diamond will be held on Aug. 1, and jewelry will be raffled off every day. Patrons can also enjoy complimentary champagne tastings.
It’s all part of the 25-year-old, Atlanta-based retailer’s way of saying thank you to the people of Queens.
“Business has been wonderfully good. Our customer service has brought in quite a few new and repeat customers,” store manager Michael Jaye said. “The community itself has been so wonderfully supportive, supportive beyond our wildest hopes.”
Adding to the success has been NY Diamond Boutique’s new gold and jewelry buying service, Jaye added.
Located at 71-46 Austin St., the shop can be reached at (718) 544-0222.
