Ms. Miller is the daughter of Marcus and Beth Miller, of Wellman. Local grandparents are Ed and Mary Jane Miller and Mildred Peachey. She is a graduate of Iowa Mennonite School and Bluffton University (Ohio) with a BA in History. She is a graduate student in Library Science at Indiana-Purdue - Indianapolis (IUPUI), with plans to graduate in 2010 and is employed by IUPUI as a reference librarian and teaching assistant.
Her fianc is the son of Lawrence and Ethel Milanese of Goshen, Indiana. He is a graduate of North Ridge High School, Middlebury, Indiana, Indiana University with a BA degree in Early Childhood Education, and the University of Michigan with an MSW. He is employed by St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis.
An October 3, 2009 wedding is planned at Eighth Street Mennonite Church, Goshen with a reception following in Wakarusa, Indiana.
