Chetek High School holds commencement Saturday
|

|
Commencement for 73 Chetek High School seniors will take place Saturday at 7 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.
|
A 16-page, full-color tabloid is included in this week's Chetek Alert (cover picture at right) which includes photos and information for all the graduates, made possible by the cooperation of sponsoring area businesses noted in the section.
The program includes the following:
Processional by the Chetek High School Band under the direction of Bruce Kamrath;
Opening remarks by Dr. Al Brown, administrator of Chetek schools;
Welcome by Morgan Broaddus;
"I Will Remember" by Sarah McLachlan, performed by Jacob Latcham;
Salutatory by Ivanna Boychuk;
"What I Did for Love" from "Chorus Line" by Marvin Hamlisch, performed by Katelyn Scharf;
Valedictory by Amber Masters;
"About Tomorrow," performed by Jack Ritchie;
Slide presentation by the class of 2009;
Commencement address by by Principal Larry Zeman;
Presentation of diplomas by Dave Peters, Chetek School Board president;
Presentation of the class of 2009 by Zeman.
Recessional by Chetek High School Band.
