Glenwood: Music jams are scheduled Tuesday nights at the Senior Center. Gospel, country-western, folk and bluegrass music are featured. Glenwood jams are held every other Tuesday night at 7 p.m. A donation of $2 is suggested. Donations will benefit the Senior Center.

Missouri Valley: The Piecemakers Quilt Guild meets the third Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 223 E. Superior St. All are invited. Meetings include guest speakers, show and tell and a business meeting. Call Phyllis, 642-3194, for more information.

n Residents with U.S. flags for disposal may take them to the Times-News Office, 501 E. Erie. Flags may also be deposited in the special drop box located near the meeting room door of the Jesse Post No. 378, American Legion, Mondamin Community Center. They will be collected and given to the American Legion at a later date for a flag disposal ceremony.

Modale: Bingo is played every Monday at 6:45 p.m. at the Modale Legion Hall for an early bird game. Regular games start at 7 p.m.
