"Its going to be a lot of chaos," Bow Wow, real name Shad Moss, told MTV News. "Its going to be a lot of pandemonium. Its going be outrageous."
Bow Wow, a popular bubble-gum rapper who dropped the Lil to his name now that hes 18, headlines the show in support of his smash duet with Omarion, "Let Me Hold You Down" and upcoming new disc "Wanted."
He described the Scream Tour IV as a hip-hop pro-wrestling event of musical melees and backstage antics.
"It is not like your normal concert. When you go to your normal concert, its four people on the bill," he told MTV. "Its going to be more like a live movie than a show.
"You know how you go to wrestling, when theyre backstage and talking and its a dialogue and a set, its like a movie, a soap opera, like a play almost," he told MTV.
The show is sponsored by BET and features special guests Marques Houston, Bobby Valentino, B5 and 3 on 3.
New Yorks Public Enemy, pioneers of the rap game behind their classic 80s albums "It Takes a Nation of Millions To Hold Us Back" and "Fear of a Black Planet," has only made rare appearances over the years while members Chuck D and Flava Flav worked on smaller projects.
Flava Flav, whose run-ins with the law and dead-beat dad persona remain minuscule compared to his notoriously over-the-top stage presence and love for international star Brigitte Nielsen, starring recently in the VH1 reality shows "The Surreal Life" and "Strange Love."
Over the years Chuck D, the brain and pure thinker of the group, has worked on below-the-radar musical projects like this years "Drums of Death" LP where he remade three classic Public Enemy songs with Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo and turntablist DJ Spooky.
Rock heavyweights Hatebreed, led by MTV personality Jamey Jasta, is one of over 150 bands scheduled to play Hellfest.
Local punk legends the Bouncing Souls and the reunions of hardcore legends 108 and Youth of Today highlight the three-day festival.
