Bring the kids and join Altrusa of Starke in celebration of Children's Book Week at Bradford County Public Library on Monday, Nov. 15, from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at the library on Walnut and Jackson streets.
Starkie the Clown, books, stories and crafts are part of the festivities planned to interest children grades kindergarten through five.

While you are visiting the library, register children up to fifth grade for a special drawing for books to be given away on Monday, Nov. 22.
Since 1919, the Children's Book council has promoted literacy awareness. Take the time to get involved in the life of a child and give the priceless gift of reading.
