A letter from our publisherFor the past 40 years we at the Community News have been proud to serve the southern Saratoga Community by providing you with local town news, stories about youth sports and the achievements and milestones of you and your neighbors.
Community News, however, has not been immune to the economic changes that the nation has faced the past year.
Because of those changes, we are modifying how the Community News is delivered to some of our readers.
While the U.S. Postal service will still deliver the free newspaper to the mailboxes of the majority of our mailing list, the Clifton Park 12065 zip code, many of the outlying areas in Mechanicville, Halfmoon, Stillwater, Rexford and Burnt Hills will not receive the paper in the mail, but will be able to pick up a free weekly copy of Community News at many drop-off points in your local community (see the listing at the bottom of this page).
This was not an easy decision for us, but the good news is that by providing a wide variety of places for you get the Community News we will be able to reach even more readers in southern Saratoga. We are actively searching for even more places to carry the paper to make getting it easy and convenient for you.
We are pleased to announce that this change is allowing us to expand to locations in Malta and soon, because of community demand, Waterford drop-off points will be added.
With a circulation of 30,000, we are committed to keeping Community News your main source for local news for many years to come.
Listed below are the local businesses, please let them know you appreciate their help in our efforts to continue to bring you the Community News to you each week as a free publication.
