CLIFTON PARK - The southern Saratoga community is responding to calls for help from the survivors of the Jan. 12 earthquake in Haiti in a variety of styles. Several area residents have already made relief trips to the island with supplies. Others are holding fund raisers where the proceeds will be directed to specific groups.
One of the largest fundraising events will be held this weekend 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Jan. 30 at Northern Lights nightclub, 1206 Route 146, Clifton Park.
