You can speak with a member of Voices' News Department by calling 203-263-2116 Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. After business hours you may leave a voicemail message. Press releases and other material for the attention of the News Department may be faxed to 203-266-0199, mailed to Voices at P.O. Box 383, Southbury, CT 06488, or dropped off at the News Desk by visiting our office located at 744 Main Street South, Suite 90, located in the Middle Quarter Mall in Woodbury, Connecticut. News matter also may be emailed to newsdesk@ctvoices.com for review.

News material intended for the Wednesday edition of Voices must be received by the News Department by 4 p.m. the Friday prior to publication. News for Voices Weekender must be received by the News Department by 4 p.m. the Wednesday prior to publication.

Letters to the editor should be limited to 300 words and Voices reserves the right to edit. Letters must be signed and include name, address of writer and a phone number. Anonymous letters will not be considered.

The classified ad deadline for the Wednesday edition of Voices is 11 a.m. Monday. The classified ad deadline for the Thursday edition of Town Times (Watertown & Oakville) is 2 p.m. Tuesday. The classified ad deadline for the Saturday edition of Voices Weekender is 11 a.m. Friday.
