Thomaston Savings Bank
donates to local communities

THOMASTON - Thomaston and surrounding communities have once again benefited from the generosity of the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, Inc. Foundation President, David J. Carlson has announced a grant distribution, exceeding $200,000 for the year 2009. With total assets of $4 million, the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation, Inc. is a cornerstone to the charitable necessities of the community as evidenced by the recent distribution to 130 grant recipients.

FUEL BANK AID -

Thomaston Savings Bank continued its Bank-wide Fuel Assistance campaign in 2009.

The Bank donated $2000 to fuel assistance funds and fuel banks in its local communities to aid individuals and families through the winter months.
