Joann Mullen Cates

Joann Mullen Cates, 64, died July 3, 2009 at her home in Coldwater, Miss. Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 9, 2009 at Hernando Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cates was a member of Senatobia Church of God and was the widow of William David Mullen.

She leaves her husband, Charles Cates, Jr. of Coldwater, Miss.; daughter, Kathy M. Gustafson of Hernando, Miss.; stepdaughter, Carol Price of Como, Miss.; stepson, Charles W. Cates of Coldwater, Miss.; mother, Lessie Battipaglia of Senatobia, Miss.; sister, Carolyn Beasley of Hernando, Miss.; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death her father, Joseph Battipaglia and brother, Tony Battipaglia.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or Senatobia Church of God.

Flora Ann Evans

Flora Ann Evans, 84, of Senatobia, Miss., passed away July 4, 2009 at the residence of her sister in Memphis, Tenn. Services were held Saturday, July 11, 2009 at noon at the Ebenezer M.B. Church near Como, Miss. with burial following in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Evans leaves her sister, Viola Taylor Spencer of Memphis, Tenn. and her brothers, Nathan Taylor and Benjamin Taylor, both of Memphis, Tenn.

Pammie Jean Clark Hindmon Stull

Pammie Jean Clark Hindmon Stull, 43 of Senatobia, Miss. succumbed to cancer after a long illness on July 3, 2009. She was born in Worcester, Mass. on September 19, 1965. She relocated to Hernando, Miss. with her family in 1979. She graduated from Hernando High School in 1983. She worked in the family upholstery business and at Fed Ex.

She leaves her husband Ronnie Stull of Senatobia, Miss.; her children, Nathan and Stacie Hindmon of Senatobia, Miss.; her parents Robert and Donna Clark of Coldwater, Miss.; sister, Lynne Tashjian of Worcester, Miss.; sister, Sue Jarrett of Senatobia, Miss.; brother, Robert Clark, Jr. (Julie) of Bradford, Tenn.; three nephews, Jonathan Jarrett and Micheal Jarrett of Senatobia, Miss. and Jake Clark of Bradford, Ind.; niece, Sophie Clark of Bradford, Tenn.,

Pammie was one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She pioneered in her younger years.

A memorial was held for her on Sunday, July 12, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall on Hwy. 51 in Senatobia, Miss.

Cindy Heath Vollbracht

Cindy Heath Vollbracht, 54, of Coldwater, Miss., formerly of Winona, passed away Friday, July 3, 2009. Funeral services were held Monday, July 6 at 11 a.m. at Oliver Chapel in Winona. Burial was in Eskridge Cemetery near Winona. Oliver Funeral Home of Winona had charge of the arrangements.

She is survived by a special friend, Daryl "B.B." Mitchell of Coldwater; her mother, Esther Heath of Winona, Miss.; sons, Graham Mitchell of Austin, Texas and Clint Hatchcock of Dallas, Texas; sister, Susan Robertson of Winona; brother, Charlie Heath of Winona; and three grandchildren.

Earl Lamar Webster

Mr. Earl Lamar Webster, 69, factory worker, of Coldwater, Miss., passed away July 2, 2009. Funeral services were held at West Antioch #2 Baptist Church in Coldwater, Miss. Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 1 p.m. Burial was in the West Antioch #2 Church Cemetery in Coldwater, Miss. Rodgers Funeral Home in Coldwater, Miss. had charge of the arrangements.

He is survived by his wife, Lorene Webster; two daughters, Linda F. Dixon of Chicago, Ill. and Brinda C. Webster of Memphis, Tenn.; one son, Stevon L. Webster of Nashville, Tenn.; three sisters, Shirley Beckly of Nashville, Tenn., Gwyn Staffney of Jackson, Miss., Herlonsteen Webster of Nashville, Tenn.; and three brothers, John Webster, Jr. of Memphis, Tenn., Cottrell Webster of Memphis, Tenn. and Donald Webster of Coldwater, Miss.
