War is not pretty

If President Obama, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Hungarian born party benefactor George Soros and others want to dredge up all of America's past war time sins, they should be ready exhume a lot of dead bodies.

First on the list would be Pres. Harry S. Truman. Under their definition he committed the worst war time crime in history. He dropped two atomic bombs.

Forget the fact that he saved the lives of at least a million American boys and several million Japanese by ending the war without a full scale invasion. Most would consider what he did to save America was significantly worse than
waterboarding.

Next are Dwight Eisenhower and Winston Churchill for allowing the bombing of Dresden, Germany. The city had no military significance and a quarter million died. Of course, it probably shortened the war - but it was significantly worse than waterboarding.

Gen. William Tecumseh Sherman - Georgia. Need we say more? We submit his treacherous actions against fellow Americans were uncalled for and - yes - significantly worse than waterboarding.

Abraham Lincoln suspended the writ of habeas corpus - a fundamental violation of civil rights guaranteed to all Americans.

To rehash our security and intelligence information before the entire world and those who are sworn to kill is ludicrous and deadly to American interests.

What are they thinking?

If my family was hungry and homeless would I be prosicuted if I robbed a food store? If my children were could would I be prosicuted for stealing a blanket? Why when a government offical breaks a law it should be commuted. Pardons for high profile people come to often. When they get up in the morning they pull their pants on one leg at a time the same as I do. They took an oath to uphold the law and be morally commited to his great country.
