Mississippi University for Women (MUW) commissioned a study to recommend a new name for the formerly all-female university.

The investigation apparently did not come up with the right answer, so University leaders have instructed the independent researcher to go at it again.

Confidential note to agency doing poll: Tell them "Welty University," send them a big bill, and they will be happy.
