Mr. and Mrs. Milton Taylor and Allison were happy to have their daughter and son-in-law, sister and brother-in-law, Chip and Amanda Grisham of Albany, Ga. visit with them for a few days last week.

Sympathy is sent to Cecil Jones and family in the death of his wife, Marie, and the children's mom. May God bless them.

Continue to pray for Mrs. Jean Smith at Baptist DeSoto. She is still recovering from her leg surgery.

I'm glad to report that Bob Red is at home after having surgery last week in Oxford. May God bless him.

Friday night Steve Branan, Pauline Branan, Jean Branan, Sandra McCrary, and Lisa Steward met Eddie Branan at the DeSoto Center to enjoy the Gaither Singers.

Don Lentz is still at The Med, so please continue to pray for him.

Ladies of the Arkabutla Baptist Church honored the Sr. Ladies Sunday School Class Saturday at noon with a special lunch followed by singing and door prizes.

Mrs. Polly Powell continues to recover at home from her broken leg surgery. Her sister Fay Schoggen is staying with her during the day.

Connie and Harvey Siddens celebrated the adoption of Haley Pegram by Harvey Saturday afternoon at the Arkabutla Community Center. Many family and friends joined them on this happy occassion.

Get well wishes are sent to Yodi and Johnnie Hawkins.

I too need your get well wishes and prayers as I am having problems with no strength.

Annie Pinkerton returned home Monday after visiting her mother, Ms. Eva Bannister of Denham Springs, La. and attended the Passion Play this weekend.
