    Tuesday, May 29
          7:52 p.m. Deputy Gray responded to a complaint of a child out of control throwing rocks through windows in the 600 block of 290th St, Boone.
          10:48 p.m. Deputy Fangman responded to a ditch fire in the 800 block of 170th, Ogden, Ogden fire responded. Fire under investigation.
          11:30 p.m. Deputy Deputy Fangman made a traffic stop near Fraser just off Kale Rd. Driver William Oleachea, 31, of Boone was charged with no valid drivers license and open container, a passenger Melissa H. Caude, 33, of Boone was cited for open container.

    Wednesday, May 30
          11:07 a.m. Sgt. Kendall took a report of a stolen trailer from the Industrial Rd. area east edge of Boone. Reported stolen sometime since this past Tuesday. Investigation continuing.

    Thursday, May 31
          6:49 a.m. Deputy Fangman responded to a car-deer accident in the 800 block of Highway 30 east bound lanes. Nathan J. Cottington, 49, of Ogden struck a deer in the roadway. No injuires were reported. Damages to a 2011 Ford were over $1,000.

    Friday, June 1
          7:19 a.m. Deputy Godzicki responded to a call of a dog killing cats in the 800 block of J Ave., Ogden. Humane Society was called to pick-up the stray dog.
          7:50 a.m. Transport Officer on his way back from Oakdale Prison routed to pick-up prisoner on his way back from Black Hawk County. Transported to the Boone County Jail was Seth Cummings, 23, of Boone. Wanted on a Boone County warrant for probation revocation, bond $5,000. Original charge possession with intent to deliver marijuana.
          11:39 a.m. Deputy Godzicki responded to a complaint of cattle out in the area of 255th and P Ave.
          8:42 p.m. Reserve Deputy responded to a complaint of vehicles parked in no parking areas along the 2300 block of QF Lane, near bike trail west of Madrid. One ticket issued.

    Saturday, June 2
          1:33 a.m. Deputy Ellison responded to the Boone County Hospital to transport a mental patient to Iowa Lutheran in Des Moines. Completed at 5:10 a.m.
          2:01 a.m. Deputy Fangman made a traffic stop in the 2200 block of 190th, Boone. Driver Adrian C. Seeman, 20, Ames in violation of the .02 law. Passengers Jeffrey A. Erwin Jr., 23, of Ames charged with possession of marijuana, and another passenger Johnon H. Thomas, 25, of Ames was wanted on an Ames warrant for domestic abuse assault, no bond.
          9:29 a.m. Deputy Godzicki responded to a medical emergency in the 2100 block of Y Ave, Slater. Madrid Fire and Boone County Ambulance responded.
          2:01 p.m. Deputy Godzicki responded to a complaint of a pick-up that had been parked in a parking lot near Highway 169 N. and Highway 30. Window had been broken out. Investigation continuing.
          2:24 p.m. Deputy Godzicki responded to a medical emergency in the 1800 block of 250th, Madrid. Boone Ambulance responded.
          7:40 p.m. Deputy Ellison responded to a lifeline alert in the 6100 block of W. Lincolnway, Ames. Woman needed ambulance and was taken to Mary Greeley in Ames.
          8:57 p.m. Deputy Ellison responded to a complaint of cattle loose in the area of Peach Ave. and E57.
          9:57 p.m. Deputy Fangman responded to a personal injury accident at 22nd and Division, Boone. Driver Michael A. Nelson, 22, of Boone was west bound on 22nd St, when he went into the ditch and crossed Division and rolled his vehicle into the NW Corner of the intersection. Nelson taken to the Boone County Hospital. Charges are pending for failure to maintain control open container and stop sign violation, also lab results are pending. Damages were estimated at $5,000 to a 2000 Buick.
          10:25 p.m. Comm Center received a complaint of a car -deer accident on Oriole Rd and 230th. Larry A. Gibbs, 70, of Ft. Myers, FL was south bound negotiating a curve when he ran into a deer on the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at $6,000 to a 2011 Honda.
    Sunday, June 3
          1:07 p.m. Deputy Ellison investigated a single vehicle roll-over at Mallard and 198th, Boone. Driver Terri L. Bricker, 45, of Boone rolled her vehicle three times. Injured was her daughter Josy Bricker, 12, of Boone. Minor Injuries. Damages were estimated at over $2,000 to a 2006 Honda. Investigation continuing.
          2:08 p.m. Deputy Ellison responded to a complaint of trespassers on an east bound train. Three people arrested for trespassing on railroad property. Arrested were Matthew E. Hyde, 21, of Omaha NE., Brett J. Molander, 31, of Omaha NE, and Trevor J. Jones, 27, of Mountain View, CA.
