    Monday, Nov. 16

          8:46 a.m.: Officer assisted Boone County deputies with an explosion that resulted in personal injury at the Boxholm Co-op.
          9:37 a.m.: Officer responded to an incomplete 911 at 802 E Avenue. Everything was okay. It was a phone problem.
          11:08 a.m.: Officer assisted a Boone County deputy locate a subject at 108 SE 3rd Street.
          3:15 p.m.: Officer investigated a hit and run accident that occurred Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009.
          4:20 p.m.: Officer assisted Ogden Fire with a fire in the 600 block of 200th Street.
          7:00 p.m.: Officer responded to 107 W Mulberry Street for a fire.

    Tuesday, Nov. 17

          5:45 p.m.: Officer investigated a suspicious odor in the 300 block of NE 3rd Street.
          11:00 p.m.: Officer responded to a complaint of a missing person at 513 NW 7th Lot #6.

    Wednesday, Nov.18

          1:05 p.m.: Officer assisted a stranded motorist in the 100 block of West Mulberry Street.
          3:42 p.m.: Officer investigated a two-vehicle accident in the Ogden High School parking lot. There was less than $1,000 damage so no state report was filed.
          5:08 p.m.: Officer assisted subject locked out of vehicle.
          6:18 p.m.: Officer received a complaint of a silver vehicle hitting a mail box in the 400 block of W Sycamore Street. The car was reported to have left westbound on 216th Street.

    Thursday, Nov. 19

          11:20 a.m.: The missing person from Tuesday had returned home.
          9:54 p.m.: Officer was asked to do a welfare check on an Ogden resident. The subject was fine.

    Friday, Nov. 20

          10:30 a.m.: Officer investigated a complaint of possible assault.
          4:33 p.m.: Officer investigated a complaint of a barking dog at 109 W Vine Street.
          7:18 p.m.: Officer investigated vandalism to property at the Ogden High School.


    Saturday, Nov. 21
          8:58 p.m.: Officer was asked to look for a bicyclist who was eastbound on 216th Street by the Battin Chapel Church. The bike had no lights and the rider was dressed in dark clothing. The officer was unable to locate the subject.
          10:11 p.m.: Officer responded to an incomplete 911 call from Immanuel Lutheran Church. This was thought to be a phone issue.

    Sunday, Nov. 22

          8:27 a.m.: Officer assisted Boone County Deputy with a single-vehicle accident involving property damage in the 1000 block of 216th Street.
          3:55 p.m.: Officers received a report of a two-year-old female who had walked into a driveway at 256 S 1st Street. The officers located the mother who was looking for the child on SW 3rd Street.
          6:20 p.m.: Officer responded to an intrusion alarm at an Ogden business. This turned out to be a false alarm.
          8:20 p.m.: Officer assisted Ogden Fire Department with a report of sparks in a light fixture at Clark's Food Mart. There was no fire.

          These charges are merely an accusation and the defendant(s) are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
