The computer was seized and turned over to Agent Michele Deery, a task force member. Later that month, the computer was turned in for a forensic examination at the state Attorney Generals office in Harrisburg.
A preliminary forensic report by Agent William Applegate revealed 19 images of suspected child pornography, in addition to more than 200 images of graphic adult pornography.
Pietrykiewicz was on parole as a result of the sex crime in Wisconsin. Authorities said he drove to Wisconsin and had sex with a 15-year-old girl he met online.
In an interview with Peifer in May, Pietrykiewicz acknowledged that a condition of his probation was no access to the Internet and no possession of any type of pornography.
"Pietrykiewicz admitted to putting a large amount of adult pornography on his computer, as well as searching the Internet for sex sites," the affidavit states. He said he was unaware that an image drawn from his computer was of a girl under age 18.
Peifer obtained a final computer forensic report on July 27. After viewing images, he determined that several images were of children under 18 engaged in a sexual act or pose. The arrest warrant was signed July 29. A preliminary hearing is scheduled today before District Justice Peter Tozer.
