When you want to create a new paragraph, press the Enter or Return key on your computer keyboard. This will create two
line spaces. When your page is published, these line spaces will be used to set up paragraphs.
The easiest way to create a new line without creating a new paragraph is to
press the Enter or Return key once to start a new line. Pressing twice will create a new paragraph. If you want to remove a
paragraph break, edit your page by deleting the extra line break for a paragraph.
Adding bold text is easy, just include the html tags for
bold text ( <b></b> ) right in your paragraph.

Special Characters are non-standard ASCII Characters and are
not allowed on this server. If used, they will not display
properly on many web browsers without the proper HTML code. The following are special ASCII Characters:
< > & " © ® ¹ ² ³ ¶ · « »
¼ ½ ¾ £
You can type many of these from your keyboard and they will look fine as you type them on the page. But when displayed,
these characters may not appear correctly at all.
Yes! For a fee, your site can have a single picture
on your home page. You will need to email us the picture file, mail the actual photo or bring the picture you would like
to have on your page to the office. We can scan it and put it up on your site. If you mail your photo, please include clear
information about the return address so that we can return the original to you.

Updating is simple, all you will need is your user name and password (a
password and user name will be emailed to you along with other information when you submit the information for your pages).
Then visit the Update Interface.
As frequently as you want. The changes will be updated immediately! The
only restriction is that you MUST update your site at least once every 30 days in order for the site to remain availible
for viewing from the World Wide Web.
Yes! There is a place to add pages to your site within the update interface
(there is a five page maximum for the free sites. If you would like a more extensive site, please contact
Voices for pricing information)
Yes! There is a place to select this option in the set-up process,
then a simple cut and paste will transfer your newsletter to the site (excluding pictures).
Contact Voices and they will, in turn, call you back
at the phone number in the database (which you provide in the set-up process) for identification confirmation.
