    Holiday Jam announced
    By Staff 10/12/2009
SIOUX FALLS -- Off-the-Cuff Stuff announced what is destined to become a new favorite in holiday traditions -- Holiday Jam with the Hegg Brothers, on Dec. 19 at 8 p.m. in the Great Hall of the Washington Pavilion.

This musical showcase features the talents of a 10-piece band playing Christmas classics and contemporary new arrangements in the signature lush, rhythmic and funky sounds of Jeremy Hegg, Jon Hegg, Hank Harris, Noah Noehn and friends. Music ranges from the traditional carols to fresh takes on classics.

With alumni from the long-running favorite Acoustic Christmas and other exceptional musicians who have graced the national stage, Holiday Jam is a twist on the season audiences will not soon forget. Male and female vocalists, electric and acoustic guitars, two keyboards, harmonica, bass, percussion and horns round out this festive evening.

This two-hour show will feature stories of the season, messages for the heart and music to lift the spirits. It is the conclusion of a regional tour through Watertown, Pierre, Mitchell, Madison and Sheldon, Iowa.

Proceeds will benefit Friends of Traditional Music and Ronald McDonald House. Tickets are $20 plus tax and available at the Washington Pavilion box office, or by calling 367-6000 or 1-877-WASHPAV.
