Tina Marie Jaton and Ketsana Choy Sayasavanh were married on June 12 at Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church in Sioux Falls. The Rev. Joe Vogel officiated at the evening ceremony.
Karie Rumpca was the matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Rebecca Skeie, Cathie Jaton, Ye Mohrhauser, Heather Asmussen and Lisa Ihler.
Angelina Phumipraphat was the flower girl, and ringbearers were Evan Jaton and Chase Sayabath.
The best man was Tom Frost, and groomsmen were Teng Sayasavanh, Rob Jaton, Bryan Jaton, Sonny Phrommany and Vince Phrommany.
Ushers were Tommy Banouvong, Jeremy DeCurtins, Tom Jensen and Adam Mohrhauser.
Following the ceremony, a reception was held at Holiday Inn Express in Brandon.
The bride received her bachelor's degree from the University of Sioux Falls and is currently working toward her master's degree. She is a 7th-grade science teacher at Memorial Middle School and a volleyball coach at Lincoln High School.
The bridegroom received his bachelor's degree from Dakota State University. He is employed as a production manager for John Morrell's.
Following a wedding trip to DisneyWorld and Disney cruise to the Bahamas, they are at home in Sioux Falls.
Parents of the couple are Rodney and Donna Jaton of Ramona and Chanpheng and Khamphoui Sayasavanh of Sioux Falls.
Special guests attending the wedding were Calvin and Viola Jaton & Merlin and Beverly Riedel, grandparents of the bride; and Phoumy Banouvong, grandmother of the bridegroom.
