Jill Hornor of Fonda, Iowa, and Brooks Riedel of Ramona were married on Aug. 30 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Fonda. The Rev. Siby Pannoose officiated at the afternoon ceremony.
A reception was held at King's Pointe Resort in Storm Lake, Iowa.
The maid of honor was Amanda Hornor, and bridesmaids were Molly Hornor, Danaca Schettler, Rachel Mohwinkel, Rachel Mohr and Melissa Riedel.
Brad Ruppert was the best man, and groomsmen were Jesse Riedel, Brandon Riedel, Marty Skovly, Ryan Joens and Wes Dugstad.
Ushers were Michael Hornor, Dustin Riedel, Chris Lukenbill and Travis Theix.
The bride is the daughter of Jim and Eileen Hornor of Fonda, Iowa. She received a bachelor of science degree in civil and environmental engineering and also agricultural engineering from South Dakota State University. She is employed with the South Dakota Department of Environment and Natural Resources.
The bridegroom is the son of Dan and Marilyn Riedel of Ramona and Lauri and Galen McGee of Worthing. He received a bachelor of science degree in manufacturing engineering technology as well as industrial management from SDSU. He works for John Morrell.
