Spray paint damage is Crime of Week

A couple grand in spray paint damage is this week's Crime Stoppers' Crime of the Week, according to Clay Center Police Chief Bill Robinson.

On the night of Oct. 14, suspects used black spray paint to damage at least five vehicles in Clay Center and at the East Side Trailer Court. There was spray paint damage reported at the Boy Scout Cabin. The loss in these incidents was over $2,000.

The suspects are believed to have been driving a dark-colored S-10 type pick-up truck.
