-Monday, March 16-

8:42 a.m., car goes into the creek in Dallas. Caller thinks driver may have had a heart attack. 9:06 a.m., Dallas ambulance en route to hospital. 9:08 a.m., intercept requested with Barron ambulance. 9:15 a.m., intercept complete and en route to Barron hospital.

12:52 p.m., New Auburn man has four calves wandering onto his property.

1:47 p.m., camera was stolen from Cameron man Saturday. Logged.

3:14 p.m., Chetek woman reports a suspicious yellowish-green truck has been in the area all day. 4:10 p.m., no locate.

4:54 p.m., Chetek cabins were burglarized. Caller was there yesterday, and everything was secure. Today, the door was open in one cabin and a flat screen television was missing.

6:01 p.m., Chetek ambulance needed for adult male who took oxi-codone and another type of pill, unknown amount. Paged out.

7:08 p.m., Cameron woman's white bichon-mix dog is missing. It doesn't have a collar.

7:09 p.m., Cameron man calls wife despite temporary restraining order.

8:13 p.m., Cameron subject fell and hit his head and was not acting right and not listening to instructions. Ambulance paged.

-Tuesday, March 17-

12:34 a.m., Amber Alert issued from Michigan. A 15-year-old white male has been abducted by an 18-year-old white male with hazel eyes. Subjects were last seen in a red 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix in Dayton, Ohio. Based on writings, law enforcement discovered there is a possibility of a homicide/suicide.

6:59 a.m., Dallas woman reports there is a vacant house in town that was occupied by a man who just moved to Chetek. They left behind a lot of cats. 11:57 a.m., officer saw a black lab and one cat. It appears someone is still living there.

5:45 p.m., 52-year-old Prairie Farm woman had her car worked on at a car shop. She was told she only had to pay $5 on her bill for now. She went to pay that at about 4:30 p.m. today, and before she left, the owner offered a zero balance on her bill if she would have sex with him. She said "no" and he asked if she knew of anyone else that would. She would like to file a report.

8:09 p.m., Cameron man just saw a large cougar run past his house and head down into the swamp near the football field. 8:23 p.m., no locate.

8:51 p.m., Rusk County Sheriff's Department sends a dispatch warning Barron County that a female is headed to the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minn., area to pick up marijuana and possibly cocaine. A male and her two daughters, ages 2 and 3, are accompanying her. They are expected to take Hwy. 8 through Wisconsin and into Minnesota. They drive a gray 1997 Dodge Grand Caravan with expired plates and a broken passenger-side sliding window and will be traveling to Hawkins. Information was from an informant. Rusk County does not have enough for a warrant.

-Wednesday, March 18-

3:34 a.m., Prairie Lake Township man and wife have been drinking and fighting. He is fed up with it and wanted her removed from residence.

5:31 a.m., Prairie Lake Township woman and boyfriend were intoxicated and fighting and she wanted an officer to try and diffuse the situation.

6:40 a.m., husband from previous call hit wife on head. Wife is hiding upstairs and he is downstairs. 6:46 a.m., caller says husband is trying to break the bedroom door down. 7:27 a.m., no-contact order will be enforced.

12:18 p.m., bad one-car rollover on Hwy. 53 northbound. Chetek, Bloomer and other emergency responders on scene. Late entry: 12:40 p.m., tow truck requested. 12:46 p.m., will need a flatbed and a wrecker. 12:50 p.m., subjects in crash are an elderly couple from Illinois who will be going to hospital to be checked out. Victims have a German Shepherd, which is in a squad car at this time. 1:12 p.m., Bloomer ambulance was also on scene and they took one to Lakeview Medical Center-Rice Lake also. Officer will try to deliver victims' dog to friends the couple was en route to visit.

2:09 p.m., man's summer home in Dallas has been burglarized.

2:40 p.m., Taylor County sends out dispatch; 53-year-old white female from Medford who has been recently chaptered, has made suicidal comments and mixed alcohol with medications has been missing since 5:30 a.m. previous day. She was driving a white Jeep Cherokee with a Harley Davidson sticker in the back window. She is believed to be in possession of a loaded .40 caliber handgun.

4:51 p.m., Cameron resident reports neighbors wolf-type dog has been running loose, scaring the neighborhood. He advised it was in his yard yesterday and his children are terrified by it. 6 p.m., officer called the dog owner and dog has been in its kennel all day. Officer advised caller there are wolves in that area with radio collars.

7:36 p.m., Chetek store would like to see an officer about a shoplifting incident.

-Thursday, March 19-

8:59 a.m., received a call from secretary at New Auburn school requesting an ambulance. 9:18 a.m., New Auburn Fire Department chief requests an officer as there is a problem there with alcohol in the school.

4:18 p.m., man called from Cameron bar; he put his truck through the ice on Prairie Lake. He is fine. Someone picked him up and brought him there. The truck is a Dodge pickup and is totally submerged. Man made contact with tower and they will be coming out to take a look at it.

4:19 p.m., Chetek woman's boyfriend was intoxicated and allegedly passed out with an open bottle of liquor near fishing area at Chetek establishment. 4:30 p.m., no locate.

7:49 p.m., Dallas man's home has been broken into and burglarized. Jewelry, dvds, video games, etc. were stolen. His room was ransacked.

8:07 p.m., ambulance requested for 101-year-old Chetek woman who has been shaking uncontrollably.

8:16 p.m., Lifeline call from a 65-year-old Chetek man complaining of back pain and difficulty standing. 8:35 p.m., en route to Lakeview Medical Center-Rice Lake.

-Friday, March 20-

9:40 a.m., Cameron school counselor reports a female student gave a male student a ride home and he asked her in. When she refused, he became assaultive. Victim has bruises and scratches where her clothing was torn. 10:42 a.m., officer clear of Cameron school and en route to Rice Lake school.
7:28 p.m., 911-caller reports a two-car accident in Chetek. No injuries. 7:37 p.m., more than $1,000 damage to both vehicles, county officer requested. 7:45 p.m., officer out for traffic control. 7:59 p.m., officer clearing this one. She will be en route to the rollover south of Chetek.

7:32 p.m., Prairie Lake Township woman wishes to make a complaint about the road conditions. Advised her the highway department is coming out.

7:51 p.m., caller came upon a one-vehicle rollover. Unknown injury. 7:58 p.m., page Chetek, New Auburn first responders. 8:02 p.m., location is two miles south of Chetek near Sixth Avenue. 8:05 p.m., one subject hit head. 8:10 p.m., wrecker paged.
