Diabetes class on self-care

A free "Diabetes Self-Care: Coaching Series" is in Rice Lake.

The second Thursday of each month from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m., self-care behavior will be discussed and participants will develop an individual action plan.

Participants can attend one, several or the entire series. There is no cost to attend, but registration is necessary.

For more information or to register, call Luther Midelfort Northland at 458-4380. The clinic is at 331 S. Main St. in Rice Lake, across from Marketplace Foods.
