New parenting program at area church

Chetek Lutheran Church will offer an active parenting program Wednesday nights.

The program begins at 7 p.m. and will be held next Wednesday and Feb. 11.
Kelly Jensen of Lutheran Social Services will help parents grow in areas of communication and cooperation, discipline and responsibility and self-esteem and confidence. The program is geared for parents of children ages 5-12 but is adaptable for other ages as well.

There is no cost, but preregistration is requested by calling 924-4881 or e-mailing cheteklutheran@chibardun.net.
