Ryan C. Woodmansee, 37, Rice Lake, was fined $200.50 Nov. 12 for disorderly conduct (Oct. 25).

Ryan J. Kurschner, 28, Barron, was charged with battery, disorderly conduct [both domestic abuse charges], criminal damage and violating a harassment restraining order (Oct. 23) Nov. 10.

Matthew C. Kenny, 29, Ladysmith, was charged with four counts of violating a domestic abuse injunction (Oct. 16, 27, 30, 31) Nov. 10.

Jimmy N. Cagle, 19, Chetek, was charged with violating a domestic abuse injunction (Oct. 13) Nov. 10.

Dylan M. Akenson, 18, Barron, was charged with felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia (Nov. 12) Nov. 13. Cash bond is set at $250.

Charles B. Allen, 28, Rice Lake, was charged with felony bail jumping and two counts of disorderly conduct [one for domestic abuse] (Nov. 10). He was released on a $1,000 bond Nov. 12. Contact with parties involved is prohibited.

Chadd T. Jilek, 38, Rice Lake, was charged with felony bail jumping (Nov. 10) Nov. 11. He was released on a $1,000 bond on condition that he does not drive without a license.

Clinton R. Switzer, 40, Rice Lake, was charged with strangulation and suffocation and battery-domestic abuse (Nov. 5) Nov. 9. Court records show Switzer was drinking alcohol all day long before he allegedly started yelling at his niece's seven-month-old daughter. When his niece told him to stop, he reportedly kicked her in the lower stomach, held her down and choked her. The niece was then taken to the hospital by her mother to be treated for bruises. Switzer was released on a $2,500 bond Nov. 10 on condition that he does not consume or possess alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or have contact with parties involved.

George R. Mosay, 25, Luck, was charged with felony bail jumping (Nov. 7) Nov. 9. Cash bond is set at $500.

Joseph T. Long, 28, Cumberland, charged with two counts of felony bail jumping (Nov. 7), signed a $1,000 bond Nov. 11. He must not consume or possess drugs or alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or have contact with parties involved.

Ronald J. Allgood, 26, New Richmond, charged with possession of THC, paraphernalia and possession of THC with intent to sell (Nov. 7), was released on a $2,500 bond Nov. 10. He must not possess drugs or paraphernalia.

Lorne J. Jackson, 20, Luck, charged with substantial battery (Oct. 27), was set to be released on a $200 cash bond Nov. 9.

Anthony R. Carney, 26, Rice Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and criminal damage (Nov. 6) Nov. 13.

Casey J. Hauck, 32, Rice Lake, charged with battery-domestic abuse (Oct. 11), was released on a $500 cash bond Nov. 11. Hauck is prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol, entering businesses that sell alcohol or having abusive contact with parties involved.

A bench warrant was authorized Nov. 11 against Abdi H. Hersi, 27, Barron, charged with retail theft as party to a crime (Oct. 2).

Nicholas P. Wallace, 18, Rice Lake, was fined $200.50 Nov. 11 for criminal damage (Oct. 1).

Ryan C. Woodmansee, 37, Rice Lake, was fined $200.50 Nov. 11 for disorderly conduct (Oct. 25).

A bench warrant was authorized Nov. 11 against Gabriel Cayabyab, 20, Rice Lake, charged with theft as party to a crime (May 21).

Anthony D. Felton, 47, Rice Lake, charged with possession of THC (July 3), was released on a $1,000 bond Nov. 11. He must not possess drugs or paraphernalia.

Robert M. Thorson, 47, Barron, was sentenced for operating while under the influence [5th or 6th] (July 24) Nov. 11. Thorson must serve one year in jail, three years on probation, pay fines and restitution totaling $1,256 and surrender his license for three years. He is prohibited from owning a motor vehicle, drinking, entering bars or liquor stores and driving without a license. He must maintain absolute sobriety, sell his truck in 30 days and apply proceeds to his fine, submit a DNA sample and complete all recommended treatment. Charges of operating while revoked, bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with a PAC of .02 or more were dropped.
