David A. Holmstrom, 47, Chetek, was charged with possession of THC and paraphernalia (July 29) Oct. 23.

Anthony A. Ferguson, 38, Cameron, was charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping (Sept. 12) Oct. 21.

Robert E. Kirkland, 46, Cameron, was charged with violating a domestic abuse temporary restraining order (Oct. 19) Oct. 20. Signature bond is set at $1,000.

Dennis M. Peterson, 28, Barron, was charged with bail jumping and operating while revoked (Oct. 4) Oct. 20.

Shawn T. Rainey, 37, Turtle Lake, was charged with felony substantial battery-domestic abuse (Oct. 12) Oct. 22. Cash bond is set at $500.

Elizabeth J. Smith, 23, Barron, was charged with felony bail jumping (Oct. 21) Oct. 21. Cash bond is set at $1,000.

Dusten W. Kalakay, 21, Rice Lake, was charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child (Aug. 4) Oct. 20. Court records show a 13-year-old female reported she and Kalakay allegedly had intercourse in a car in the Haugen Elementary School parking lot sometime in the afternoon of Aug. 4. Kalakay allegedly admitted to the incident and said he knew the female was 13. Signature bond is set at $10,000.

Robert E. Clayborne, 33, Bellingham, Wash., was charged with five felony counts of failure to support child (February 2008 through June 2009) Oct. 20.
William Buechner, 30, Minneapolis, Minn., was charged with seven felony counts of failure to support child (June 2007 through June 2009) Oct. 20.

Connie L. Young, 50, Cameron, was cited for disorderly conduct (Oct. 11) Oct. 22.

Douglas R. Fleury, 58, Rice Lake, charged with operating while revoked (Sept. 21), signed a $1,000 bond Oct. 21. He must not drive without a license.

A bench warrant was authorized Oct. 21 against Todd M. March, 45, Rice Lake, charged with bail jumping (Sept. 28).

Philip J. Thorne, 46, Rice Lake, signed a $1,000 bond Oct. 21. He is charged with operating while revoked (Sept. 4).

William A. Meyer, 51, Rice Lake, charged with bail jumping (Oct. 5), was set to be released on a $500 signature bond Oct. 21.

A bench warrant was authorized Oct. 21 against Teresa A. Reynolds, 22, Rice Lake, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (Sept. 20).

Probation for James R. Reynolds, 26, Barron, was revoked Oct. 19. He was ordered to spend 60 days in jail (with credit for 45 served) and pay a $287 fine. He pleaded guilty to second-offense drunk driving and possession of THC in October 2008.

Cyanda L. Price, 19, Rice Lake, was sentenced Oct. 22 to four years of probation (sentence withheld), 270 days in jail, suspension of license for six months, 50 hours of community service and costs and restitution for manufacturing/delivering THC (Jan. 28, 2008). She must undergo AODA treatment, obtain a GED or HSED in one year, maintain stable employment, comply with psychiatric treatment and provide a DNA sample. She is prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol or drugs, associating with known drug dealers or entering businesses that sell alcohol.
