Jilek, 38, Rice Lake, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia (Oct. 14) Oct. 16. Signature bond is set at $1,500. Joseph T. Long, 28, Cumberland, was charged with disorderly conduct and three counts of felony bail jumping (Sept. 24) Oct. 16. Lavina M. Cupp, 22, Cumberland, was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of felony bail jumping (Sept. 24) Oct. 16. Joshua L. Hunziker, 25, Cameron, was charged with disorderly conduct, battery and felony bail jumping (Oct. 3) Oct. 14. Hunziker was also sentenced Oct. 15 to three years of probation, 260 days in jail, $1,132 fine, suspension of license for 33 months and 50 hours of community service for possession of THC with intent to sell (Oct. 17, 2008) and operating while under the influence [3rd] (Feb. 2). He is forbidden from possessing alcohol, entering bars, associating with drug dealers or users and driving without a license. He must undergo treatment, take prescribed medications and provide a DNA sample. Probation was revoked Oct. 19 for James R. Reynolds, 26, Barron, convicted of operating while under the influence [2nd] and possession of THC (June 13, 2008). He must serve 60 days in jail and pay a $287 fine. Thomas R. Holbrook, 62, Chetek, was charged with second-degree sexual assault of an intoxicated victim (Oct. 12) Oct. 14. He was released on a $10,000 signature bond on condition that he has no contact with parties involved. Court records show Holbrook was bartending at a Barron bar when he allegedly kissed a 23-year-old female on the cheek and grabbed her. The female, who reported eating dinner before consuming 1/4 of a dreamsickle, had difficulty seeing, blacked out and vomited repeatedly. She told police she believes the bartender, who also drove her home, drugged her because she drank very little and became intoxicated. Muriel E. Gharis, 49, Siren, was charged with operating while under the influence [5th or 6th] [with a minor child in the vehicle] (Oct. 7) Oct. 13. Gharis was released on a $5,000 signature bond Oct. 14 on condition that she does not drink alcohol, enter bars or drive without a license. Daniel E. Stypula, 42, Almena, was charged with operating while under the influence [7th, 8th or 9th] and operating while revoked (Oct. 9) Oct. 13. Signature bond is set at $5,000. Tanner S. Nadeau, 17, Dallas, was charged with driving a vehicle without consent (April 11) Oct. 13. Philip Bowe, 27, Rice Lake, was charged with failure to report to jail (Sept. 16) Oct. 14. A warrant is out for his arrest. Nathan J. Wehe, 23, Rice Lake, signed a $1,000 bond Oct. 14. He is charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Aug. 24). Adam J. Antonetti, 29, Bloomer, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (July 17), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond Oct. 14. Shannon M. Copeland, 38, Cameron, was fined $200.50 Oct. 14 for disorderly conduct (Sept. 25). Eric M. Taft, 21, Chetek, was ordered to pay $904 in fines and restitution Oct. 14 for criminal damage (Aug. 20). Tori J. Olson, 19, Rice Lake, signed a $1,000 bond Oct. 14. She is charged with theft as party to a crime (May 21). Probation was revoked Oct. 16 for Jessica R. Slayton, 28, Barron.
