Isaac S. Madison, 18, Barron, was cited for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia (Sept. 25) Oct. 1.

Christopher L. Hagen, 25, Rice Lake, was cited for depositing solid waste on public or private property (Sept. 25) Sept. 28.

James R. Reynolds, 26, Barron, was cited for selling alcohol to an underage person (July 13) Sept. 28.

Curtis A. Nichols, 20, Dallas, was cited for disorderly conduct (Sept. 11) Sept. 25.

Brandon J. Staves, 24, Barron, was fined $200.50 for disorderly conduct (Sept. 6) Oct. 1.

Scott M. Musolf, 43, Rice Lake, was cited for theft (July 13) Sept. 24.

Anthony E. Romero, 64, Barron, was charged with two counts of bail jumping (Sept. 23) Sept. 24.

Stacy R. Cipra, 23, Rice Lake, was charged with four counts of theft [as party to a crime] and four counts of bail jumping (Sept. 3, 11, 14) Sept. 30. Cipra was released on a $1,000 bond on condition that she has no contact with Goodwill in Rice Lake.

John N. Lulich III, 22, Rice Lake, was charged with criminal damage and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (Sept. 24) Sept. 30. Signature bond is set at $2,000.

Cody J. Sant, 17, Rice Lake, was charged with possession of THC and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (Sept. 28) Sept. 29. Signature bond is set at $500.

Cory N. Harvey, 21, Rice Lake, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia [as party to a crime] and THC (Sept. 28) Sept. 30. Signature bond is set at $500.

Gary R. Faught, 17, Rice Lake, was charged with possession of THC and paraphernalia [as party to a crime] (Sept. 28) Sept. 29. Signature bond is set at $500.

Teresa A. Reynolds, 22, Rice Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (Sept. 20) Sept. 30.

A bench warrant was authorized Sept. 29 against Loren C. Purintun, 41, Cameron, charged with operating while revoked and bail jumping (Aug. 27).
Corey L. Nelson, 29, Barron, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct (Sept. 28) Sept. 29. Nelson was released on a $2,500 bond Sept. 30 on condition that he has no contact with parties involved, does not drink alcohol or enter bars, and does not go to The Office in Dallas.

Joseph W. Sirianni, 66, Rice Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (Sept. 12) Sept. 30.

Michael A. Yost, 22, Barron, was charged with issuing worthless checks (Nov. 16, 2007) Sept. 29.

Aaron M. Crowley, 27, Cameron, was charged with sex with a child age 16 or older (Aug. 15) Sept. 28. Signature bond is set at $2,500. Court records show Crowley allegedly had consensual sex one time with a 16-year-old female who later reported the incident when she learned Crowley reportedly lied to her about charges pending against him.

Nathan E. Hart, 19, Barron, charged with disorderly conduct (Sept. 8), was set to be released on a $1,000 cash bond Sept. 30.

Frederick T. Gurtner, 20, Cumberland, was charged with three counts of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia (Oct. 2) Oct. 2. Cash bond is set at $1,500.

Jeffrey R. Froemel, 43, Hayward, was charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and battery (Sept. 27) Sept. 20. Cash bond is set at $750.

Peter R. Cupp, 25, Spring Valley, was charged with fleeing an officer (Sept. 28) Sept. 29. Cash bond is set at $1,000.

Kevin L. Drost, 23, Rice Lake, was charged with battery-domestic abuse (Sept. 23) Oct. 1.

Aaron J. Hicks, 19, Dallas, was released on a $100 cash bond Sept. 30. He is charged with fleeing an officer (Aug. 19).

Nicole M. Kemp, 28, Rice Lake, signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30. She is charged with operating after revocation (Aug. 30).

Amie M. Miles, 27, Rice Lake, chargd with operating while revoked (Aug. 30), was released on a $1,000 signature bond Sept. 30.

Jeffrey S. Mortensen, 49, Rice Lake, charged with operating while revoked (Aug. 21), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30.

A warrant was authorized against Arthur L. Rodriguez, 20, Cameron, charged with operating while revoked (July 31 and Sept. 6) Sept. 30.

Cammi M. Russeau, 29, Rice Lake, was charged with operating while revoked (Sept. 4) Sept. 29.

Paul J. Sowden, 46, Chetek, charged with operating while under the influence, operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] and operating while revoked (Aug. 22), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30. He must not drink alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Jeremiah T. Switzer, 29, Chetek, was charged with operating while revoked [4th+] Sept. 30.

Adam R. Amdall, 33, Dallas, charged with resisting an officer and disorderly conduct (Aug. 23), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30.

Eric C. Ewing, 45, Barron, charged with bail jumping (Aug. 30), signed a $100 cash bond Sept. 30.

Patrick R. Fenton, 31, Barron, was set to be released on a $100 cash bond Sept. 30 for failure to report to jail (May 18).

Elizabeth M. Loger, 27, Rice Lake, charged with entry into a building/construction site/room (June 19), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30.
Richard R. Selkow, 32, Chetek, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage (Aug. 13), signed a $150 cash bond Oct. 1.

Cara M. Day, 18, Rice Lake, was released on a $2,500 signature bond Sept. 30. She is charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent (Aug. 24).

Wanda J. Eisenhuth, 47, and Barbara R. Eisenhuth, 17, both of Rice Lake, charged with possession of THC and paraphernalia [as party to a crime] (July 27), signed $1,000 bonds Sept. 30.

Robert K. Lund, 50, Chetek, charged with possession of paraphernalia and THC (June 10), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30.

Joseph R. Richter, 24, Rice Lake, charged with unlawful phone use and disorderly conduct (Jan. 2), signed a $1,000 bond Sept. 30. He must have no contact with parties involved.

Lisa M. Sundberg, 26, Rice Lake, charged with possession of paraphernalia and THC [both as party to a crime] (July 27), was released on a $1,000 bond Sept. 30. She must not possess drugs or paraphernalia.

Andrew V. Weber, 31, Chetek, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and criminal damage (July 13), was released on a $150 cash bond Sept. 30.

Shasta R. Antonetti, 27, Rice Lake, was sentenced Sept. 28 to three years of probation and ordered to undergo treatment for obtaining controlled substances by fraud (Feb. 16). A bail jumping charge was dismissed.

Frank R. Hoffmann II, 25, Chetek, was sentenced to 10 days in jail and three years of probation for felony bail jumping (June 13, 2008). He must pay restitution and costs, obtain a GED and maintain full-time employment. For April 4 and Feb. 22 charges of felony bail jumping, Hoffmann must serve five days in jail and a concurrent three years of probation. Charges of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, battery and three counts of felony bail jumping were dismissed.
