Nathan D. Nelson, 28, Rice Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (June 28) June 29. Nelson was released on a $500 signature bond July 1 and is prohibited from having contact with parties involved. David A. Slayton, 39, Cameron, was charged with theft-written lease (May 22) June 30. Court records show Slayton allegedly failed to return a computer to a rent-to-own store in Rice Lake. Amy P. Sevals, 33, Rice Lake, was charged with misdemeanor theft and one felony count of possession of narcotic drugs (May 12) June 30. Sevals, a former Knapp Haven Nursing Home employee, reportedly admitted to taking one Oxycodone pill from her current employer, Heritage Manor in Rice Lake, because she is addicted to painkillers. Sevals was also charged with possession of narcotic drugs for a Feb. 13 incident involving theft of Hydrocodone from Knapp Haven. Her initial court appearance is July 29. Jeffrey A. Bova, 27, Clayton, and Elishia A. Clark, 26, Clear Lake, were charged with causing a child under 13 to view/listen to a sexual act, child enticement, exposing genitals and intentionally contributing to the delinquency of a minor [all as party to a crime] (June 6). Court records show Bova and Clark were allegedly caught having sex in front of their three children. A warrant is out for their arrest. Kayla F. Dennis, 21, Chetek, charged with selling alcohol to an underage person [2nd] (May 22), was set to be released on a $1,000 bond July 1. Tina M. Fredrickson, 44, Rice Lake, charged with operating after revocation (June 6) was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond July 1. Marissa Rodriguez, 41, Barron, charged with bail jumping (June 8), was released on a $1,000 cash bond July 1. She must not drink alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license. Derrick A. Steffen, 22, Barron, charged with operating while revoked (May 22), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond July 1. Stephanie N. Davis, 31, Ladysmith, charged with battery, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to dwelling (May 30), signed a $1,000 bond July 1. Court records show Davis' husband was allegedly sleeping with another woman in a Barron house when Davis broke in, screamed at them and ripped out a clump of the other woman's hair. A plea hearing is scheduled for Aug. 12. Anthony R. Hays, 25, Rice Lake, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse (June 17), signed a $150 cash bond July 1. He is prohibited from drinking alcohol and having contact with parties involved. Brittany N. Blake, 19, Barron, was fined $186 July 1 for disorderly conduct (June 6). John A. Seever, 19, Chetek, was fined $186 July 2 for disorderly conduct (May 20). Jake C. Nelson, 19, Prairie Farm, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (May 8), signed a $500 bond July 1. He must not possess drugs or paraphernalia. Jordan L. Jerry, 20, Cumberland, was sentenced July 2 to 270 days in jail, three years' probation and court costs and restitution for possession of burglarious tools (Nov. 28, 2008). Jerry must maintain full-time employment, have no contact with Gary Johnson or his residence, possess or consume alcohol or drugs, enter taverns, have contact with drug users or possess burglarious tools. He must provide a DNA sample, undergo treatment and participate in victim-offender conferencing if the victim desires. Lisa K. White, 51, St. Croix Falls, charged with operating while under the influence [10th or more] and operating after revocation (June 27), was set to be released on a $10,000 cash bond June 29.
