Mathew C. Hargrave, 27, Rice Lake, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia (March 15) March 20.

Khin Thin, 17, Rice Lake, was cited for habitual truancy (Feb. 20) March 17.
Dan J. Smith, 52, Rice Lake, was charged with two counts of bail jumping and operating after revocation (March 19) March 20. His cash bond is set at $250.

Michael R. Shackley, 54, Chetek, was charged with battery-domestic abuse (March 18) March 19. His signature bond is set at $1,000.

Donald R. Carlson, 63, Barron, was charged with violating a domestic abuse temporary restraining order (March 16). He was released on a $500 signature bond March 18 and must comply with the terms of the order.

Norman P. Jenness, 25, Barron, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (March 12), was set to be released on a $500 signature bond March 16.

Andrew J. Cherney, 22, Rice Lake, was charged with 10 counts of issuing worthless checks (July through December 2008) March 17. The criminal complaint shows Cherney allegedly wrote out 10 worthless checks to Barron County businesses from accounts at Dairy State Bank, Royal Credit Union and Sterling Bank. All accounts were closed. Sum of all checks plus additional fees is $5,668.10.

John G. Kaufholds, 45, Ellsworth, was charged with four counts of issuing worthless checks (May 17-18, 2008) March 13. Court records show he allegedly wrote each check out to the St. Croix Casino in the amount of $1,050. Sum of checks plus additional fees is $4,440.

Robert J. Anderson, 73, Taylors Falls, Minn., was charged with issuing worthless checks (Oct. 19, 2008) March 12. Criminal complaint shows Anderson spent $323.89 at a farm auction in Barron County. The check was returned for insufficient funds.

Robert A. Larson, 24, New Richmond, was charged with issuing worthless checks (March 14, 2008) March 11. Court records show Larson wrote out a check to St. Croix Casino in the amount of $210, which was returned for insufficient funds.

Michael A. Bender, 22, Rice Lake, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Feb. 26), signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Jerry L. Brunette, 53, Rice Lake, charged with operating after revocation (Feb. 11), signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

An arrest warrant was authorized for Robert W. Christorf, 37, Rice Lake, charged with operating after revocation (Feb. 28).

Vanessa R. Howard, 25, Rice Lake, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd], signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that she does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Francis R. Moullet, 23, Chetek, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Dec. 27, 2008), signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Ralph T. Schene Jr., 27, Cameron, charged with operating while revoked [4th+], signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that he does not drive without a license.

Robin R. Severson, 47, Chetek, charged with operating after revocation (Feb. 13), signed a $1,000 bond March 18 on condition that she does not drive without a license.

Adam J. Wagner, 25, Cameron, charged with operating while under the influence, operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 3rd] and operating after revocation (Jan. 10), signed a $2,500 bond March 18 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Michael L. Kopping, 22, Chetek, was fined $372 March 18 for two disorderly conduct convictions (Sept. 13, 2008).

Brandy Lindner, 23, Barron, was fined $186 March 18 for disorderly conduct (Aug. 19, 2008).

Michelle Condon, 44, Barron, was fined $186 March 18 for disorderly conduct (Aug. 19, 2008).

William A. Hanson, 47, Cameron, was fined $186 March 18 for disorderly conduct (March 2).

Paula D. Johndrow-Shahid, 49, Cameron, was fined $186 March 18 for disorderly conduct (March 2).

Sentence for arson of other than a building (July 25, 2008) was deferred for Dylan J. Rodowski, 17, Rice Lake, on condition that he plead guilty to two counts of fourth-degree sexual assault of a child (Aug. 20, 2008). For those convictions, Rodowski will serve 180 days in jail, four years of probation, perform 25 hours of community service, pay costs and restitution and be tested for sexually transmitted diseases. Rodowski will not be required to register as a sex offender.
