Kristen E. Johnson, 17, Rice Lake, was cited for habitual truancy (Feb. 12) Feb. 23.

Brandy Lindner, 23, Barron, was cited for disorderly conduct (Aug. 19, 2008) Feb. 25.

Michelle Condon, 44, Barron, was cited for disorderly conduct (Aug. 19, 2008) Feb. 25.

Leonard Miller, 61, Chetek, was cited for molesting or destroying state property (Jan. 22) Feb. 25.

Michael K. Wojciechowski, 29, Chetek, was cited for molesting or destroying state property (Jan. 22) Feb. 25.

Tomas A. Purintun, 18, Barron, was charged with two counts of theft (Jan. 28, Feb. 4), taking or driving a vehicle without consent, criminal damage to property (Jan. 28) and two counts of burglary [all as party to a crime] (Nov. 23 and 25, 2008) Feb. 26.

Ricky D. White, 20, Barron County Jail, formerly of Cameron, was charged with battery by prisoners (Jan. 6) Feb. 25.

Nathan P. Hover, 37, Rice Lake, and Christine J. Newman, 37, Exeland, were charged with theft by false representation (June 1, 2007) Feb. 25. Court records show both Hover and Newman allegedly took out separate loans on the same ATV, then failed to make payments on it. When Royal Credit Union in Rice Lake tried to repossess the ATV, they found Chippewa Valley Bank had already repossessed it. Hover and Newman have since moved to Arizona.

Kevin A. Walton, 18, Rice Lake, was charged with theft (Jan. 28), taking and driving a vehicle without consent, criminal damage to property (Jan. 28) and two counts of burglary [all as party to a crime] (Nov. 23 and 25, 2008) Feb. 26.

Charles Lee, 39, Rice Lake, was charged with three counts of theft in a business setting (Dec. 26-27, 2008) Feb. 25. Lee allegedly pocketed cash while employed at an AT&T retail store in Rice Lake.

Patrick R. Fenton, 30, Hillsdale, charged with two counts of retail theft, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia (Feb. 22-23), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25. He is prohibited from consuming or possessing drugs or entering Kwik Trip in Rice Lake.

Jerry L. Brunette, 53, Rice Lake, charged with operating while under the influence, operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] and operating after revocation (Jan. 19), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25.

Scott A. Corey, 27, Rice Lake, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 3rd] (Jan. 10), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25.

Nick D. Cranford, 43, Cameron, charged with operating after revocation (Sept. 28), failed to appear in court Feb. 25. A statewide probable cause warrant was authorized against him.

Deanna R. Mlejnek, 34, Rice Lake, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Jan. 18), was set to be released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25.

Dennis M. Peterson, 27, Barron, charged with operating after revocation (Jan. 30), signed a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 26. He may not drive without a license.

John E. Sadowski, 21, Rice Lake, charged with operating while revoked [2nd] (Jan. 26), signed a $1,000 bond Feb. 25. He may not drive without a license.

A bench warrant was authorized against Eva M. Etchinson, 27, Rice Lake, charged with possession of THC (Feb. 7) Feb. 25.

Robert E. Kirkland, 46, Chetek, charged with felon possessing a firearm (Feb. 16), was released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25. He may not possess firearms.

James M. Watts, 20, Rice Lake, charged with possession of THC and drug paraphernalia, operating while under the influence and operating with controlled substances (Aug. 5, 2008), was released on a $1,000 signature bond Feb. 25. He may not possess or consume drugs or alcohol or drive without a license.
