Mark O. Duxbury, 49, Cameron, was charged with obstructing an officer (Jan. 9) Jan. 30.

David W. Wangerin, 33, Rice Lake, charged with bail jumping and operating after revocation (Dec. 30), was set to be released on a $1,000 cash bond Jan. 28 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, enter businesses that sell alcohol or drive without a license.

Michael K. Wojciechowski, 29, Chetek, was charged with theft (Dec. 13) Jan. 30.

Elizabeth A. Olson, 49, Springbrook, was charged with retail theft (Nov. 19) Jan. 30. Olson was arrested for allegedly taking jewelry from Shopko in Rice Lake.

Joel D. Paulson, 21, Rice Lake, was charged with possession of THC and disorderly conduct (Sept. 20, 2008) Jan. 30.

Jason L. Meyers, 31, Rice Lake, was charged with violating a domestic abuse injunction [repeater] (Jan. 26). He was released on a $1,000 signature bond Jan. 29 on condition that he does not possess or consume alcohol, have contact with Marketplace Foods in Rice Lake or violate injunctions.

Salone L. Schultz, 17, Chetek, was charged with battery (Jan. 21) Jan. 30.

Nicholas D. Hamilton, 22, Rice Lake, was charged with operating while revoked [2nd] and felony bail jumping (Jan. 24). He was released on a $200 cash bond Jan. 28.

Steven R. Nelson, 46, Barron, was charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .02 or more [both 5th or 6th] (Dec. 16) Jan. 30.

Christopher A. Decker, 31, Rice Lake, was charged with operating while revoked [4th+] and possession of narcotic drugs (Dec. 29) Jan. 30.

Alan W. Baker, 26, Rice Lake, was charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Dec. 26) Jan. 26.

Daniel R. Clemmens, 46, Chetek, charged with operating while under the influence and operating with a PAC of .08 or more [both 2nd] (Dec. 13), signed a $1,000 signature bond Jan. 28.

Cynthia A. Erdes, 42, Rice Lake, charged with operating while revoked [2nd] (Jan. 7), signed a $1,000 bond Jan. 28.

Joshua D. Turgeson, 25, Barron, charged with operating after revocation (Dec. 28), signed a $1,000 bond Jan. 28.

Troy M. Watson, 37, Chetek, charged with operating after revocation (Jan. 11), signed a $1,000 bond Jan. 28.

Joshua G. M. Johnson, 21, Dallas, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, three years of probation, suspension of his license for six months and ordered to pay restitution and court costs for manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (May. 30, 2008). He must undergo psychiatric evaluation, maintain full-time employment and submit a DNA sample. He is prohibited from consuming or possessing alcohol.

Joseph R. Stoeberl, 38, Barron, was released on a $2,500 cash bond Jan. 26. Stoeberl is charged with second-degree sexual assault/with use of force, burglary and criminal damage to property (Jan. 19).

Kenneth J. Brunette, 21, Rice Lake, operating without carrying a license (Dec. 26), $246 fine.

Crystal L. Hetchler, 19, operating without carrying a license (Feb. 23, 2008), $246.

Charles E. Knowles, 49, Rice Lake, operating while under the influence [3rd] (Aug. 2, 2008), local jail, $1,219 fine, revocation of license, alcohol assessment.

Scott J. Truitt, 31, Cameron, operating without carrying a license (June 27, 2008), $246 fine.

Jeffrey R. Candler, 21, Prairie Farm, operating with PAC of .10 or more (Dec. 13), $677 fine, revocation of license, alcohol assessment.

Matthew K. Lund, 24, Chetek, operating while under the influence (Oct. 9), $677 fine, revocation of license, alcohol assessment. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia (Oct. 9, 2008) were dismissed Jan. 23.

Paige N. Erickson, 21, Chetek, operating while under the influence (June 22, 2008), $677 fine, revocation of license, alcohol assessment.

Dane E. Picknell, 21, Barron, drinking open intoxicants in a motor vehicle (Dec. 14), $249 fine.
