Tristan Marie Norwood and Shane Orion Sorum were united in marriage Saturday, Aug. 8, 2009, at the Sorums' residence in Cameron. The Honorable Judge Monique Stertz officiated.

Norwood is the daughter of Tina and Chris Spring, of Cameron, and Duane (Dewey) Norwood, of Rice Lake. Sorum is the son of Gene and Wendy Sorum, of Cameron.
The maid of honor was Kristine Hooley, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tabitha Popma, sister of the bride; Kemawin Schultz, friend of the bride and groom; Mandee Stearns, friend of the bride; and Stephenie Ebsen and Cassandra Sorum, sisters of the groom.
The best man was Brandon Davis, cousin of the groom. Groomsmen were Monty Goertzen, Cole Larson, Dillon Crosby and Dusty Schoenfuss, friends of the groom; and Dylan Norwood, brother of the bride.
The little cowgirl was Caitlyn Ebsen, niece of the groom, and the little cowboy was Parker Ebsen, nephew of the groom.
Ushers were Devon Ekblad, friend of the bride; Jason Ebsen, brother-in-law of the groom; and Jake Crotteau, friend of the groom.
Vocalist was Stephenie Ebsen, sister of the groom.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Sorums' residence.
The bride is an administrative assistant for ProBuilt Homes in Gillette, Wyo. The groom is a mechanical technician for Rio Tinto Energy America at the Cordero Rojo Coal Mine near Gillette, where the couple resides.
