Chetek school board meeting set for Monday

Reports, presentations and the hiring of coaches are among agenda items for the next School District of Chetek Board of Education meeting.

Reports will include technology and media monitoring, the 2008-2009 audit report and a post-employment benefit presentation.

The board will be discussing in closed session the hiring of Mark Rykal as the assistant girls basketball coach, and Jean Mayer and Virginia Schimmel as day care workers, with approval expected during the open session.

The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Chetek High School/Middle School IMC, and is expected to conclude by 8:10 p.m.
