O'Hara's plans for the remainder of the year are to: schedule a version of the ACT for sophomores; complete senior conferences; meet with sophomores and parents for individual planning; plan and hold a career day in February; and give classroom presentations for eighth, ninth and 11th grades for planning, testing preparation and post-secondary planning. Also in her report was the class of 2010's post-secondary plans-49 percent plan on attending a four-year university; 20 percent plan on attending technical college; 11 percent are planning on entering the work force; 9 percent plan on a two-year university; 9 percent are unsure; and 2 percent plan on joining the military.
