FINDLAY TWP. - United Airlines surged in September at Pittsburgh International Airport, but US Airways slumped and the facility's overall passenger traffic declined again, according to the September airline traffic report released Friday by the Pittsburgh Airport Authority.

NORTH SEWICKLEY TWP. - The local Felician Sisters province is about to join with seven other North American branches of the congregation - although the leadership of the new province will maintain a couple of local connections.

NEW SEWICKLEY TWP. - A New Sewickley Township man has been charged with driving a sport utility vehicle through corn and wheat fields on the farm of state Sen. Elder Vogel Jr. last month.

NEW CASTLE -From being the Silly Girl, a small part with no name, in a Lincoln High School play in 2005, Karina Hudson now has the lead as Belle in "Beauty and the Beast" at the New Castle Playhouse, and she is very happy with it.
