Norma Fry, 82, of Kalona died Monday, November 16, 2009 at Pleasantview Nursing Home from complications following a stroke.
Norma was born to Ralph and Erma (Flynn) Sleichter in Riverside, May 3, 1927. She married Earl Fry of Kalona on June 7th, 1949. She graduated from Kalona High School and was a Nurse's Aid at Pleasantview home for 17 years.

Michael L.Curl was born on May 4, 1946, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Raymond L..and Pearle Cummings Curl. He graduated from Mid-Prairie High School in 1965. He was a member of the United State Marines. He worked in the automobile industry as a mechanic for several years.
On July 31, 2005, he was united in marriage to Laurel Satterwhite in Coralville. He lived in Wellman, Indiana, Texas and Coralville before residing in Marion. He was a member of the Cedar Rapids Corvette Club, and a past member of the Coralville VFW and the Legion Riders of Coralville.
