After two months of promoting healthier choices on the menu of the Frontier Restaurant at 112 North Iowa Avenue, the conclusion drawn by Eddie Erozan, manager, is that there hasn't been much change in the dining habits of customers.
There always have been healthy options available to customers, such as low fat salad dressings, whole wheat or rye bread, grilled or baked rather than fried meat, fruit or vegetables as side items, and smaller portions of some foods. There have always been people who take advantage of healthy choices.
