Partnerships 4 Families Empowerment Area

The purpose for our counties to unite into a local community empowerment area was to enable citizens to lead collaborative efforts involving education, health, and human services programs on behalf of children, families and other citizens residing in the area. Efforts are being made to reduce duplicative bureaucratic requirements that are barriers to community efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness of local education,health and human services programs.
