PARTNERSHIPS 4 FAMILIES EMPOWERMENT AREA
Parnerships for Families Empowerment Area is a joint effort between the counties of Audubon, Carroll, Greene and Guthrie to establish a partnership between communities and state government. The initial emphasis is to improve the well-being of families with young children. The four counties became a designated state empowerment area in 1998, with funding in 1999.
