Take a step back in time at Guy Williams Park in Chouteau on Saturday, September 16 for Black Buggy Day. Local arts & crafts, delicious food, live music and auction, Horsin Around events, kids games, old time photo booth and an old-fashioned magician will all be taking place at this local annual event.
