The area is located in Fulton County, T8N-R3E, Section 1 S1/2. The total bond under Permit #65 is $136,712 for 126.4 acres. Bond release has been requested on the following areas: Phase III - 10 acres of high capability cropland. The following percentage of the original bond is being requested for release on the give areas: Phase I - Up to 60%; Phase I and II - Up to 85%; Phase I, II, and III - 100%. Final grading, root medium replacement, topsoil replacement, and erosion control were completed between 1987 and 1998. Planting dates were 1988 through 1998. There shall be two classes of Building Sewer permits for Sanitary Sewers located inside the limits of the District. A Residential Permit shall include a Building Sewer for all Residential units and a Commercial permit shall include Building Sewers to all other buildings.
