| STRATTON- Kenneth L. formerly of Grandview Avenue, Kingston died Monday June 22, 2009. Husband of Emily Heins Stratton, and the late Josephine Miller-Stratton. Father of Joann Brower and her husband David, Lorraine Husta and her husband Carl, Jeannine Bittner and her husband Darryl and Patricia Stratton. Stepfather of Maryann Casey and her husband Arthur and Barbara Prelich and her husband Frank. Grandfather of Scott, Laurie, Elizabeth, Kathleen, Sarah and Kyle. Great- grandfather of Isabella, Justin and Ryan. Step-grandchildren also survive. The funeral will be held 9:00 A.M. Friday from the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Smith Avenue, Kingston thence to Saint Joseph's Church where a 10:00 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Burial Hurley Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. | HULSAIR- George Stanley, age 78, of Edgewater, FL, died Monday, June 22, 2009 at home. Born in Sawkill, NY. Mr. Hulsair came to this area in 1998 from Wappingers Falls, NY. A computer technician with IBM for 33 years, Mr. Hulsair was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War and a member of American Legion Post 285 of Edgewater. He was also a member of Kingston Lodge #10, F. &. A.M., Kingston, N Y, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Edgewater. He attended Edgewater United Methodist Church and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Esther; two sons, George W. and Charles Dana (Kathy), both of Wappingers Falls; three daughters, Nancy Hulsair and her husband Howard of Edgewater, Daryl Juliano and Hilary Maher both of Wappingers Falls; a brother, Donald of Kingston, NY; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday at the Settle-Wilder New Smyrna Beach Chapel, with the Rev. Williston Brewer, Edgewater United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Sea Pines Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until service time Thursday. | HAULENBEEK- Josephine Ingalsbe Haulenbeek, long time resident of Kingston died on May 20, 2009 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Mrs. Haulenbeek led a rich life centered on her family, church and community. She was a member of Old Dutch Church for eighty-nine years, happy to serve with many of the church activities and committees. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution for over sixty years. Her life as a volunteer commenced early when as a young teenager she rolled bandages for the servicemen in World I. Mrs. Haulenbeek served on the Board of Directors at the Home for the Aged (Hudson Valley Senior Residence). She also volunteered for many years at Kingston Hospital and was a member of the Auxiliary. Born September 19, 1906 in Plattsburgh, she was the daughter of Ward B. and Mary P. Ingalsbe. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Haulenbeek in 1982 and by two daughters, Carol Ann Haulenbeek and Mary Jo Vander Breggen. Mrs. Haulenbeek is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jacqueline and David Dibble of Cazenovia, New York. Also surviving are six grandchildren: Lori V. Lindsey, Lisa Vander Breggen, Bruce Dibble and his wife, Susan D. Englert, Carey D. Reynik, Marilynn D. Schueller and 13 great-grandchildren. She is survived by two nephews: Ward Ingalsbe and Robert Denhardt and three nieces: Margaret Moonan, Eleanor Lytle and Shirley Emerich as well as several great-nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held June twenty-seventh at two o’clock in Old Dutch Church. The family will speak with friends at the church Saturday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. before the service. Sister of the late Austin Walker. Mother of David A. Short and his wife Roberta and Patricia Wilkins and her Husband William C. Jr. Grandmother of Wesley, Ryan, Allison, Brittany, and Aaron.
